Services Provided
We provide professional dog walking and related pet care services as described on our website or in our marketing materials. Services include but are not limited to:

Regular or one-time dog walks

Feeding and water refresh

Basic medication administration (if pre-approved)
Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by us.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to extreme weather, emergencies, or illness.
Access and Safety

The client agrees to provide access to the dog(s) and premises at scheduled times.

Dogs must be in good health and non-aggressive; we reserve the right to refuse service if safety is a concern.

All pets must wear proper ID tags and be up to date on vaccinations.
Payments

Payments are due upon service or on a regular billing schedule as agreed.

Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, online checks.

Late payments may incur a late fee of 10%.
Client Responsibility

The client must inform us of any behavioral issues, allergies, or special care needs.

The client is responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet to people, property, or other animals.

We are not liable for unlocked doors, malfunctioning security systems, or other access issues unless caused by our negligence.
Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the client immediately.

If unreachable, we will seek appropriate veterinary care at the client's expense.

We are not responsible for decisions made in good faith to ensure the health and safety of the pet.
Liability

We carry proper insurance and take reasonable care in handling pets.

We are not liable for unforeseen incidents including but not limited to pet illness, escape, injury, or death, unless due to our proven negligence.
