Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund: For services canceled with 24 hours or more notice, a full refund or service credit will be issued.

  • Partial/No Refund: For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion, or no refund if travel or preparation has already occurred.

  • No Show/No Access: If the walker arrives and cannot access your pet, no refund will be given.
     

Prepaid Packages
 

  • Unused prepaid walks may be refunded with 3 days' notice and are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

  • No refunds for expired or partially used packages unless due to extenuating circumstances (e.g. pet health issues).
     

Service Dissatisfaction
 

If you're unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll assess the issue and may offer a redo or partial credit/refund depending on the situation.
